What it is
MoDee SEO Engine is commercial software. It is licensed, not sold, and it is not open source. Access is granted under a written agreement: a commercial licence for your own organisation, or managed hosting if you would rather not operate the stack yourself.
There is no download and no free tier. That is deliberate rather than a missing feature — the engine is the product, and the work of building and running it is what you are paying for.
How it works
Access is managed hosting: we run an instance for you, and you use it. A licence to run the stack on your own infrastructure is planned but not available yet.
Plan 1 - Hosted, single site
The engine, run for you, against one site.
- Crawling, technical audit and Core Web Vitals
- Semantic clustering and topical maps
- SERP flux monitoring and traffic forecasting
- Alerting by email, Slack or webhook
- One project and one site group
- Hosted, backed up and upgraded for you
Cost: not yet set.
Not available yet. Pricing has not been agreed.
Plan 2 - Hosted, multi-site
The same engine across several sites, with GEO/AI visibility.
- Everything in Plan 1
- Unlimited projects and site groups
- Bulk actions across a group, or across every group at once
- GEO/AI visibility and citation tracking
- Reporting and scheduled digests
- Indexing and promotion workflows
Cost: not yet set.
Not available yet. Pricing has not been agreed.
Plan 3 - Done for you
The engine, plus us operating the SEO work with it.
- Everything in Plan 2
- Our team runs the audits and prioritises the fixes
- A named contact and an agreed response time
- Quarterly strategy reviews against your data
Cost: not yet set.
Not available yet. Pricing has not been agreed.
Commercial licence - self-hosted
Run MoDee SEO Engine on your own infrastructure, under your own control.
- The software, licensed to your organisation
- Your database and your data stay on your infrastructure
- No crawl data leaves your network
Cost: not yet set.
Not available yet. The hosted service comes first, while the keyword and SERP corpus it depends on is built. Ask to be told when it opens.
Why there are no prices yet
Two reasons, both deliberate.
First, the licence terms have to be settled before a number can be attached to them. A price is a promise about what is included, and we would rather publish a model we can stand behind than invent tiers to fill a table.
Second, a price with no way to pay is worse than no price. A visitor who reads a monthly figure and then finds no checkout concludes the site is broken or abandoned — a poor signal from a product whose entire claim is that it understands web marketing.
What it does for your business
What you are buying today is the engine, run for you, and a supplier accountable for it. The results are yours without restriction — access covers the software, not what you produce with it. Your projects are isolated per organisation, and your data stays within this instance.
A self-hosted licence, where you run the stack yourself and no crawl data leaves your network, is planned but not available yet. Ask and we will tell you when it opens.
Where the results go
Deployment and operation are covered by your agreement and documented for licensees. The security and privacy page explains how data is isolated and what leaves your server.
