Ask a question about the platform and the customer assistant answers it. The assistant is a small private model that runs on this machine, and it answers only from the product's own documentation. Nothing you type is sent to a third party.
Try one of these:
Questions the assistant answers well
These are the questions it gets most often, and the ones it is best at, because each is answered directly in the product documentation:
- What does this platform do, and what does it not do?
- How do I add my website, and what does it need from me?
- What is a canonical URL, or a meta description, or a sitemap?
- How often does it check my site, and what happens between checks?
- Where in the product do I find a particular report or setting?
A question about your own site - why one page dropped, or what a fix would mean for your setup - is better sent to a person through the contact form. The assistant knows the product; a person can look at your account.
What the assistant can and cannot do
- It answers from this product's own documentation, so its replies match what the platform actually does rather than what is generally true of SEO tools.
- It runs on this machine. Your question is not sent to any outside service, and it is not used to train anything.
- It does not have access to your account, your sites or your billing. For anything specific to your account, send us a message instead.
- It is a small model, so a long or unusual question may get a short answer. If it cannot help, the contact form reaches a person.
When to use this page
Use it when you want a quick answer and do not need to wait: what a term means, how a feature is meant to behave, or where something lives in the product. It is the fastest way to an answer, and it is there at any hour. For a decision about your own site, or anything involving your account, the contact form is the better route - it reaches a person who can look at your setup.
